1. Ensure physical distancing

All staff and guests to remain 1.5 metres apart when ordering drinks. Ensure no more than 2 guests are at the service window at one time. Guests to give staff 1.5 metres of space when they are collecting glassware and where possible, guests are asked to bring their glassware back.

2. Wear a face covering

All Boutique Event Co employees will wear a face mask for the duration of their shift if the venue is indoors. This will include setup & pack down.

3. Practise good hygiene

Hot water, hand wash and sanitiser is available in all caravans. Staff are to wash their hands regularly. Cleaning and sanitising all work areas as frequently as possible.

4. Keep records and act quickly if workers become unwell

Records of which staff members are at each event are recorded and kept on file for 12 months. Client is to keep a record of all guests at the event and a list of all staff will be sent to the client upon request. If a staff member has been diagnosed with Covid-19, the client will be advised by Boutique Event Co within 24 hours. DHHS will then be in contact with the client to discuss further steps.

5. Avoid interactions in enclosed spaces

Within the caravan bar, only two staff members will be inside at one time where possible.

6. Create workforce bubbles

Boutique Event Co will ensure that staff work in teams at different events to create bubbles that will reduce the risk of spreading Covid-19 between a larger cohort of staff.

7. Changes to standard practise

  • Removal of water dispenser for guests to self-serve. Boutique Event Co staff will have the water dispenser inside the van to serve each guest.

  • Remove self serve straws

  • Guests to return glassware to caravan where possible
