BYO Beverages: With our BYO beverage option, you can supply your own drinks, and we’ll provide the bar setup, professional bartenders, ice, glassware and all necessary equipment. We also provide a comprehensive drinks estimate, cocktails shopping list & help sheets to assist with the process. This option is great if you’re looking to save money but also get exactly what you want.

Fully catered beverages: For those seeking a hassle-free solution, our fully catered beverage option includes a curated selection of premium drinks, from cocktails and wine to craft beers and non-alcoholic options. Our experienced team handles everything, from setup to service, ensuring your event runs smoothly and your guests are well taken care of. This option is great if you’re looking to save time and hassle.

So basically, you supply or we supply! Super simple.

We arrive onsite with bar staff who are passionate about delicious beverages and great service, the Boutique Event Co crew take care of it all (including the washing up) so your day/night can be relaxing and enjoyable. We also supply all the little things like ice, glassware, straws & a few little decorations for the bar setup.

We service all kinds of events within Geelong, Melbourne and surrounds (basically the whole of Victoria!) including weddings, birthday parties, corporate functions & promotional events.
